Most less expensive drills use M35 which is not as good.  Most bits from overseas and many of the brand name bits you see in the big box stores are M35. I charge shipping on the first drill bit only of a size.
Any
additional drill bits of the same size you buy are shipped free. It costs .93 to ship 1-3 ounces by first class mail.  Add packaging and the fact Ebay charges a 9% fee on shipping also makes the cost to ship even one small bit around .45
So it pays to buy several bits if you think you can use them.
If you buy several different sizes of my drill bits, the system is going to charge you shipping on each size drill you buy, which in many cases is more then the real cost of shipping.  If you let me invoice you, you will be charged the actual cost of shipping.  If you go ahead and OVERPAY for shipping without letting me invoice you, you still may get a shipping refund.  This is done through a refund through Paypal.  Since Ebay charges me a fee for the total shipping paid, whether you get a refund or not, I withhold 10% of the refund to cover that expense.
